This website is operated by Atul Rana, an independent LIC insurance advisor. It is not operated by Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) or IRDAI.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, age range, insurance goal, preferred plan, and the message you choose to provide.

Do not submit passwords, OTPs, PINs, card information, bank credentials, Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, medical records, or policy-login details through a general enquiry form.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a requested callback.
• To understand the type of insurance guidance you requested.
• To maintain service, security, and compliance records where required.
• To prevent misuse, spam, or fraudulent submissions.

Enquiry information is not sold. It is not used to create a policy without the separate official application and insurer process.

Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate communication or website services, or with LIC through an authorised application process that you choose to begin. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Enquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
